Book an appointment with Dr Lau via our website, email, or WhatsApp at a time that suits you.

Appointment Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with full appointment details once your booking is confirmed.

New Patient Questionnaire & ID Verification
Complete the new patient questionnaire via the link in your confirmation email and upload a clear photo of your ID for verification. All information is securely stored in line with healthcare privacy regulations.

Attend Your Appointment

Consultation with Dr Lau
Discuss your health concerns, ask questions, and receive personalised medical advice and treatment recommendations.

Follow-Up and Next Steps
If needed, follow-up appointments, prescriptions, investigations, or referrals will be arranged.

Appointment Conclusion
You may receive a prescription, referral letter, sick note, or consultation summary. With your consent, information can be shared with your NHS GP for continuity of care.
Investigation Request
(Without Consultation)

Submit Investigation Request
If you already know which blood test or radiological investigation you would like, please complete our investigation request form.

Clinical Review
Your request will be reviewed by Dr Lau to ensure it is clinically appropriate and safe.

Confirmation & Pricing
Dr Lau will contact you within same working day to discuss the request if needed and confirm the total cost before proceeding.

Investigation Arranged
After confirmation, the requested blood test or radiological investigation will be arranged at a suitable location and time.

Results & Follow-Up
Results will be reviewed by Dr Lau and shared with you. Follow-up advice or consultation will be recommended if required.
Home Visit Request

Submit a Home Visit Request
Patients can request a home visit by calling, texting/WhatsApp, emailing, or by completing our home visit request form.

Clinical Review & Response Time
Dr Lau will review your request and aim to contact you within 2 hours between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm to confirm whether your concern is suitable for a home visit and to advise on the next available appointment time.

Confirmation & Payment
Once the home visit is confirmed, patients will be asked to complete a new patient questionnaire and pay the consultation fee in advance to secure the appointment.

Home Visit Appointment
Dr Lau will attend the appointment at the agreed time to provide medical assessment and advice in your home.

Important Safety Information
Home visits are not an emergency service. If urgent or emergency care is required, please call 999 or attend A&E.
Please note that Dr Lau does not carry emergency equipment or emergency medications during home visits.
Medical Letter Request

Submit a Medical Letter Request
Please complete the medical letter request form, providing details of the letter or document you require.

Clinical Review & Confirmation
Dr Lau will review your request and aim to contact you within the same working day to confirm whether the letter can be provided and to advise on the associated cost.

Payment & Assessment (If Required)
Once the request is confirmed and payment is received, Dr Lau may arrange a video or in-person appointment if a clinical assessment is required before issuing the letter.
04
Letter Issued
Following assessment (if needed), the medical letter will be prepared and issued to you.
